Terms of Service

These terms apply to your use of PostToDM, operated by Dynamic Minds Group, Delhi, India. By creating an account, connecting an Instagram account or using PostToDM, you agree to them.

The service

PostToDM automates replies to comments and direct messages, and schedules and publishes posts, on Instagram professional accounts, using Meta's official Instagram API.

Your account

• Keep your login details safe; you are responsible for activity in your account.
• Connect only Instagram accounts you own or are authorised to manage.

Acceptable use

• Follow Instagram's Terms of Use and Community Guidelines, and Meta's Platform Terms.
• Do not send spam, misleading or unlawful content, or content you do not have rights to publish.
• Only contact people who interacted with your account, and respect their choice to stop.
• Make sure the links, files and offers you send are accurate and lawful.

Your content and data

You own the content you publish and the leads you collect. You give us permission to process them only to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Plans and payments

Some features may require a paid plan. Prices, limits and billing terms are shown before you subscribe. Plans renew until cancelled.

Availability

PostToDM depends on Meta's platform and may change or be interrupted if Meta changes its API, limits or policies. We work to keep the service reliable but provide it "as is", without guarantees of uninterrupted operation.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or put other users or the platform at risk. You can stop using PostToDM and disconnect your account at any time.

Liability

To the extent allowed by law, Dynamic Minds Group is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Delhi have jurisdiction.
